Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Petite Sirah from Peachy Canyon opens with an inviting blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic, yet has a velvety texture. The flavor profile is a mild blackberry and plum blend with notes of black pepper, all-spice, and mild oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show some good length. The panel suggested pairing this with Not Your Average Joe's mustard chicken or seafood fra diavolo. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Inky purple magic. Plumb, currents and red fruit fill the nose alongside hints of cocoa. Toasty oak offers vanilla to pair with slow moving legs and wet stone minerality. Medium body and mild tannin lead to a smooth finish
