Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zinfandel opens with a cinnamon bouquet with a hint of black cherry-cola and chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is an attractive ripe black cherry with notes of black raspberry. We also detected a hint of cinnamon. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. The panel suggested pairing this Zin with baby back ribs smothered with sweet barbecue sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Strawberry jam and strong earthy notes fill this full bodied wine. Fruit forward and floral with a cracked peppercorn twist give a round finish an especially elegant Zinfandel.
