Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zin with appeal to fans of fruity Zin and Pinot Noir. It opens with a very fragrant black cherry and cranberry bouquet with a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very juicy. The flavor profile is a jammy cranberry and red raspberry blend with a hint of red cherry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are slightly prolonged. The panel suggested pairing this wine with barbecue foods, but chicken was mentioned twice. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aromas of black licorice, leather, menthol fill the glass. This wine is made up of a full assortment of herbs and spices along with juicy raspberries and strawberries. The wine is also made up of dark chocolates, cloves and other smoky oak aromas.
