Wine Review: This unfined and unfiltered white wine is a bit cloudy and light yellow. It opens with a very attractive spicy and floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, smooth, and very easy to drink. The flavors are a mild green apple with lightly infused minerality and a touch of honey. The finish is dry and elegant and lingers slightly. This is a very versatile food friendly wine and it would be a perfect complement to lemon drizzled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
