Wine Review: This rather complex Riesling from the Nahe region of Germany is pale gold in color, with enticing aromas of spiced pear, wet stone, ginger ale, fresh apricot, and a hint of Mandarin orange. It is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity, and is balanced, juicy, dry, and layered. Warm spice notes bring an elegance to it. The aromas from the nose continue to the palate with the addition of some lime and honey notes. The finish is dry, with mouthwatering minerality, and lasts quite a while. Serve with pork schnitzel. - Mark
