Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Grenache opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet with a hint of fig. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral and oak influenced black cherry with notes of black plum. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite some time. This Grenache would pair well with a NY strip steak. Enjoy – Ken
