Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored red blend opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is black cherry and vanilla with notes of gentle spice and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins are slightly prolonged. This wine would pair well with seasoned port tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Supple with balanced soft tanins. The bright berry Merlot and fragrant notes of Cabernet Franc are wonderfully framed by the structure and acidity of the Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a beautiful mouth filling and deeply aromatic wine. Polished and generous, with a beautifully focused cherry and plum fruit at the core, this is a superlative vintage of this wine. Drink now through 2020.
