Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Argentina opens with a pineapple and green apple bouquet with hints of green apple and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle pineapple and lemon tea blend with notes of kumquat. I also detected hints of chalky minerality, honey, and lime zest. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a very long time. I would pair this Chard with pan-seared Chilean sea bass in lemon caper sauce. Enjoy - Ken
