Wine Review: This pitch black colored Malbec opens with a black cherry and red raspberry with hints of cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mild oak influenced gentle red raspberry. I also detected hints black cherry and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite a while. This Malbec is food friendly and built for hearty comfort foods. I would pair this with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense wine with well-defined profile, deep red hue with remarkable shades of purple and blue. The nose has intense aromas of plum and cassis with subtle vanilla notes. The mouth is elegant, fresh, delicate and has medium structure.
