Wine Review: This pale straw colored Gewurztraminer opens with a mild lychee and gentle lime bouquet with a hint of clementine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and displays nice mouthwatering acidity. The flavor profile is a mild Anjou pear with hints yellow grapefruit, minerality and a touch lychee in the background. This Gewurtz is food friendly and would pair well with chicken lo-main.
