Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard opens with an oak scented apple and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and has nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is an apple and lemon blend with a hint of light oak. The finish is dry and it lingers slightly. Pair this Chard with a lemon drizzled grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
