Wine Review: The 2006 Anagram from Moran Manor is a nice reflection of the gentle 2006 vintage. It is a very dark ruby colored wine that opens with a fragrant blend of spicy blackberry and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, very smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is a very spicy black cherry with some raspberry, pepper, and mineral notes. The finish is dry with moderate tannins that linger nicely. This wine would pair very well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
