Wine Review: This pale straw colored Prosecco opens with a bouquet filled with flower petals and stone fruits. On the palate this light bodied offering is pursuing the finer style of Prosecco by having smaller bubbles, a leaner more precise mouthfeel, with both mineral and fruit based notes. The peach and melon notes are complemented by the minerality and acidity of this Prosecco that are abundant but not overbearing. Enjoy - Nicolay
