Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a toasted coconut, cedar and red raspberry bouquet with hints of currant. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and velvety smooth. The wines unique flavor profile is cedar plank and red currant blend with notes of red bell pepper and black raspberry. We also detected hints of Dr. Pepper, and some gravely minerality mixed in. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins linger nicely. The Panel would pair this Cab with Colorado rack of lamb or a pan-roasted duck breast. Enjoy – KWGTP
