Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant Anjou pear and pineapple bouquet with hints of marzipan. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and a little lush. The flavor profile is chalky mineral and Anjou pear blend with notes of green apple skin. I also detected some hints of oak and pineapple in the mix. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Chard would pair well with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A floral bouquet of jasmine and cherry blossoms awakens your senses with complementary notes of juicy apple and pear on the nose. These notes of pear and apple follow on the tongue, onto a silky palate with hints of creme fraise and limoncello.
