Wine Review: This pale copper colored wine made from Pinot Noir grapes opens with a Maraschino cherry and watermelon bouquet with hints of clementine and spice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, delicate and smooth. It also nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is mild chalky mineral influenced gentle strawberry with hints of chamomile tea, red raspberry and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Rose with broiled bay scallops, baked haddock or a classic niçoise salad. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2020 Rose' of Pinot Noir is light, yet flavorful and bright; making this the ideal summer wine. Aromas of fresh strawberries, peach and stone fruit with a hint of cotton candy on the finish. Estate fruit, whole berry pressed clone 115, fermented and finished in stainless steel to produce a deliciously dry finish.
