Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant pineapple and lemon bouquet with notes of mango and oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and smooth. The flavor profile is an oak influenced Anjou pear with notes of vanilla custard and white peach. I also detected some pineapple and chamomile tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard would pair well with a chicken and wild mushroom tortellini in a parmesan cheese sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This golden white wine beauty showcases a perfume of fresh pears, sweet peaches, and bright kiwi with hints of white tea and macadamia nuts on the nose. These notes are complimented by crisp acidity on the palate by way of green apple skins and zesty citrus notes.
