Wine Review: This deep gold colored Chardonnay opens with a white peach and pineapple bouquet with hints of lemon chiffon cake and a waffle cone. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced, rich, creamy, and smooth. The flavor profile is pineapple and mild mango blend with notes of peach tea. We also detected hints of mild Meyer lemon and honey. The finish is dry and subtlety fades away. The Panel could certainly enjoy this Chard on its own. With food, we would pair it with a parmesan-crusted walleye or roasted Cornish game hens. Enjoy – KWGTP
