Wine Review: This clear and deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot based blend opens with a black plum and red raspberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon, forest floor, and muddled mint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a black plum and gentle mocha blend with notes of boysenberry and black tea. We also detected hints of cinnamon, cedar, and light minerality. The finish is dry and its firm tannins build-up and stick around for quite some time. We would pair this wine with your favorite juicy burger or with baby back ribs. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: Nose of bramble and spice. Juicy flavors of pomegranate and black plum with a hint of sweet tobacco on the finish. Like children, wines are ever-changing from vintage to vintage, year to year. This wine reflects the stature and finesse of our children, Stefan, Nicholas, Evan, and Danielle. Enjoy!
