Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a fragrant strawberry, Maraschino cherry and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tangerine and strawberry blend with hints of mild red cherry mixed in. The finish is dry and its flinty mineral notes linger as the wine fades away. This is a food friendly wine and its would pair nicely with Nova Scotia steamed mussels. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light salmon in color with hints of wild flower, rose water and watermelon Jolly Rancher on the nose. Wow, the fruit flavors are dancing around my tongue. Raspberry, fresh strawberry and although a dry wine, hints of lemon candy which is a wonderful thing since the finish is long and I can continue enjoying. Pair our Rose with anything on your table even BBQ.
