Wine Review: This light salmon colored Rose made from Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant red cherry and wet stone bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and has a very nice round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild strawberry with notes of red cherry and pomegranate. I also detected hints of rhubarb showing up on its dry finish. This Rose is food friendly and would pair well with seafood paella. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light salmon in color with hints of wild flower and watermelon Jolly Ranchers on the nose. On the finish discover warm strawberry rhubarb pie topped with whipped cream and raspberries. Our Dry Rosé is a perfect pairing for pork tacos with mango salsa or your summer barbecues.
