Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Merriam opens with a fragrant and attractive blueberry and boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black cherry with notes of gentle minerality and plum. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and fruit flavors linger nicely. This richer styled Pinot would pair well with pork tenderloin .Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: In the glass, soft purple hues, aromatic notes of ripe raspberry, cherry and wild berries. Medium body with notes of dark cherry, vanilla and light spice. Bright acidity and a creaminess on the finish.
