Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche based blend from McPrice Myers opens with a very fragrant lime zest and pineapple bouquet with hints of white grapefruit and ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with zesty plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, round, vibrant and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tangy and slightly tart green plum and tonic water blend with notes of lime zest and Anjou pear. I also detected hints of white grapefruit and ginger. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors linger and last for a while. I would pair this white blend with fried calamari. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lemon-guava, loquat, starfruit, green mango, pomelo, bosc pear, fennel frond, stargazer lily, wet stone, flint. The palate is laden with minerals, staccato, and resonant acidity. Refreshingly taught. Incredibly energetic and lively.
