Wine Review: Steve Matthiasson returns to the recommended list with his unique white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Ribolla Gialla, Semillon, and Tocai Friulano. It is light white gold colored and opens with a very aromatic tropical fruit and spicy pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, creamy, and rich. The flavor profile is a mineral infused pear with notes of light apricot. The finish is dry and it lingers nicely. It would pair very well with shellfish. Enjoy - Ken
