Wine Review: This white gold colored Verdejo opens with a lime and white peach bouquet with hints of yellow grapefruit and quince. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a lime and stony minerality blend with notes of white peach and quince We also detected some hints of saline and ginger. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Verdejo with oysters or even fried clams. Enjoy - Ken
