Wine Review: I love these kitchen sink blends. This almost clear colored white blend from Long Island is very good and fun to drink. It opens with a mild pear bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild peach and green apple with hints of minerality. I also detected hints of tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with sushi or pan seared rare ahi tuna steaks. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our second vintage of this vibrant white blend is made of 49% Viognier, 18% Tocai Friulano, 17% Chardonnay and 16% Riesling, 12% Pinot Gris, 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Gewurztraminer. The nose offers floral notes of honeysuckle. Delicate flavors of white peach, lime and pineapple finish with bright, crisp acidity.
