Wine Review: This medium purple colored Malbec from Argentina opens with funky barnyard, clay pot, blackberry, and plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and juicy. The flavor profile is a crushed stone, smoky oak, and ripe black raspberry blend with notes of dried meat stick and cedar. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins stick around for quite a while. This Malbec benefits from a little aeration. So, decant it if you can and serve this hearty Malbec with burnt ends.
