Wine Review: This slightly dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a rose petal and strawberry bouquet with notes of maraschino cherry and green tea bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, juicy, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart red plum and black tea blend with notes of mild strawberry and stony minerality. We also detected hints of craisin and pomegranate. The finish is dry, and its flavors, fresh acidity, and dusty tannins stick around for a while. I would pair this Pinot with a glazed ham. Enjoy - Ken
