Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a fragrant and inviting grapefruit with a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mild grapefruit with notes of lemon and light minerality throughout. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with grilled swordfish with a lemon drizzle. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The vibrant, pale straw wine displays intense passionfruit, orange and lime zest together with gooseberry and dusted jube notes. The palate is bright and juicy with layers of textured lemon, lime and pink lady apple ending in a long finish, well balanced by the lingering acid.
