Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a blackberry and oak bouquet with hints of blueberry and olive. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel nicely balanced, smooth, and savory. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and blackberry blend with notes of black olive and oak. I also detected hints of black currant. The finish is very dry and its flavors and very dusty linger and last for a very long time. I would decant this Cab for a while before serving it with your favorite juicy burger. Enjoy - Ken
