Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild lemon and gentle vanilla oak bouquet with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and savory. The flavor profile is an oak infused green apple with notes of lemon butter and touch of pineapple. The finish is dry and its tingly acidity lingers nicely. The panel suggested that this wine would pair well with a seafood or lobster casserole. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Tangerine and apricot combine with marzipan, honey and vanilla spice on the nose. Seamless and round on the palate, the aromas are amplified adding toasty oak, and a pleasing minerality on the on the finish. This wine will pair well with seafood and rich creamy pasta dishes as well as a variety of poultry dishes.
