Wine Review: Chard lovers will really appreciate this mostly Rhone grape blend made by Krupp Brothers. It is yellow colored and opens with a mild tangerine bouquet with a hint of spice. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, viscous, creamy, and smooth. The flavor profile is a toasty oak influenced honey and pear with notes of vanilla. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. Pair this gem with Wiener Schnitzel ala Roquefort. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense aromas of peach blossom, nectarines and honeysuckle explode from the glass. The palate is pristine and focused with wonderful weight and richness, the wine slips across the mouth with succulent texture, and the finish is long with persistent minerality.
