Wine Review: This pale straw colored Pinot Gris opens with a very shy green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and displays pronounced acidity. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of Anjou pear. Fans of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc will really like this wine. The finish is dry, tingly, and lingers. The panel would pair it with ham with pineapple. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Golden straw colored with brilliant highlights. Aroma of Ripe peach, sweet grapefruit, orange blossom, and tropical fruit. Flavors of lively citrus/tropical fruit, kiwi, and pear. Mouthfeel: Balanced acid with nice texture.
