Wine Review: This clear medium garnet colored Pinot Noir opens with a wild blueberry and strawberry bouquet with hints of cola, loam, and black plum. On the palate, this wine is wine is medium bodied with integrated moderate acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, silky, and delicate. The flavor profile is very tasty mild strawberry and black plum blend with hints of gentle loam and red cherry. We also detected hints of cranberry and tea mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would certainly drink this friendly Pinot on its own. With food, we would pair it with roasted turkey with cranberry sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2019 Pinot Noir opens with intensely floral aromatics of red fruit, dried savory herbs, and violets. A viscous, layered wine with balanced acid and tannin structure, jammy boysenberry, baking spice, and sour cherry notes linger to a complex finish.
