Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Joseph Phelps open with a gentle cherry, strawberry, and cola bouquet with hints of stewed plum and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The flavor profile is a juicy spiced red plum and mineral blend with notes of red raspberry with hints of strawberry and cranberry.
