Wine Review: This pale copper colored sparkler from J Vineyards was very popular with the panel and will be a crowd pleaser at your upcoming holiday parties. It opens with a yeasty and faint strawberry like bouquet hints of rose and almond. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a strawberry and bread dough blend with notes of nicely integrated minerality. We also detected a hint of tangerine and grapefruit. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity linger for a very long time. The panel suggested pairing this very nice sparkler with fresh Norwegian sliced salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our J Brut Rose sparkles with a luminous pink salmon hue and exudes delicate aromas of strawberry, fresh cream, and a surprising earthy brioche characteristic. On the palate, the wine opens with flavors of tangerine, rose petal, and raspberry. The bright, delightfully fresh acidity of our Brut Rose makes it an excellent companion to a variety of cuisines. We recommend pairing it with barbecued oysters on the half shell or smoked salmon and cheese canapes.
