Wine Review: This straw colored Pinot Gris opens with a wet stone like bouquet with a hint of light lemon and faint thyme in the background. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, a tad acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of lemon and white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This is a food friendly Pinot Gris that will pair well with many chicken dishes. I paired it with Tyler Florence's chicken francese. Enjoy – Ken
