Wine Review: This pale yellow Pinot Gris opens with a fragrant lime bouquet with notes of apricot and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a pleasant gentle green pear with a touch of green apple. The finish is dry. This Pinot Gris is not an overly complex wine. But it is a quaffer and would be very refreshing on hot summer day. It is also is quite food friendly and would pair very well with chicken lo mein. Enjoy - Ken
