Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from J opens with a musty light apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apple with nicely integrated oak and creme brulee. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This elegant California styled Chard is very food friendly and would pair well with chicken francaise. Enjoy - Ken
