Wine Review: This light straw-colored Pinot Gris from J. Dusi is very good. It opens with an Anjou pear and pineapple bouquet with hints of honeysuckle and white grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with fresh acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is stone dust and mild white grapefruit blend with notes of green apple and white pepper. I also detected hints of pear. The finish is very dry and refreshing. I would pair this Pinot Grigio with a grilled swordfish sandwich. Enjoy – Ken (Note they have a case deal on the website that is an absolute steal.)
