Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Sangiovese opens with a black cherry and faint minerality bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is mild gravely minerality, oak, craisin and black plum blend with hints of tea. The finish is dry and its refined tannins drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this elegant Sangiovese with beef carpaccio. Enjoy – KWGTP
