Wine Review: This dark red colored Shiraz based blend from Hugh Hamilton opens with a strawberry licorice and red plum bouquet with hints of olive and new leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a red plum and strawberry blend with notes of oak and some additional hints of coffee and licorice. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This crowd-pleasing wine reminded the Panel of a Zin. We would suggest pairing it with bruschetta or fish tacos. Enjoy - KWGTP
