Wine Review: This yellow colored white blend from Portugal opens with mild apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a pleasant mineral infused green apple and pilsner beer blend with hints of white pepper. The finish is dry and friendly. This wine would pair well with many foods. I would pair it with quiche Lorraine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Crystal clear, straw colour with green tones. Aroma: Rich and complex aromas with fruity notes of peach and tangerine and subtle barrel toast. Palate: Creamy, well balanced palate, good depth of ripe fruit but with elegance and minerality, finishes long and fresh. Ideal consumption date: 2013-2017
