Wine Review: This yellow colored entry level white blend from Portugal is consistently pretty good. It opens with a wet stone bouquet with hints of lime and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of white pepper and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would be very good with fish and chips. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Crystal clear, pale straw colour. Aroma: Fruity aroma with white stone fruit and fresh citric notes. Palate: Firm, intense, textured and fruity, well balanced with a long finish.
