Wine Review: The white wine from Portugal will appeal to readers who like oaky Chardonnay. This pale yellow colored wine opens with a ripe Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and creamy. The flavor profile is an oak infused Bartlett pear with a hint of green apple. The finish is dry and pleasant. Joe and I thought this would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy – Ken
