Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored wine was one of my favorite wines from this year's Boston Wine Expo. It is excellent. It opens with a very attractive blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, extremely well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a delicious blueberry and oak blend. The finish is dry and its very fine tannins are dusty and quite lengthy. Pair this gem with a cowboy ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour/Condition: Deep, dense red. Aroma: Ripe red and blue berry fruits. Palate: Intense and concentrated, velvety texture, robust tannins, long finish. Dishes: Accompanies Partridge with chestnuts & Portuguese Duck Rice.
