Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay from Hartford Court opens with a fragrant apple and honey blossom bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich and concentrated. The flavor profile is apple and pear with notes caramel honey and oak. There is also a bit of mild minerality in the background as well. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. If you like a rich styled Chard, you will be very pleased by this offering. I would pair it with a toasted lobster roll. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This highly textured wine displays aromas of yellow apple, honeysuckle and tangerine skin. Fresh flavors of Golden Delicious apple and Meyer lemon are intertwined with layers of spice and crystallized ginger. A rich and weighty mid-palate is followed by a very long exotic, mineral infused finish.
