Wine Review: This pale coral colored Sparkling Wine opens with random streaming bubbles. The bouquet features maraschino cherry and wet stone aromas along with hints of clementine and caramel apple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium tingly acidity. We also thought it was quite clean and had nice effervescence. The flavor profile is a saline, citrus, and Macintosh apple blend with notes of white pepper, watermelon and a hint of apricot. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel thought this was a nice sparkler to quaff on New Year's Eve. With food we would pair it with a fish taco with citrus salsa or with oysters. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: From its inviting pale salmon color to its enticing aromas of white peach, nectarine, wild strawberry, Key lime and fresh-baked brioche, this is a sleek and radiant Brut Rosé. On the palate it is fresh and energetic, with mouth-watering acidity and a rich, effervescent mousse that adds poise and purity to the vibrant red berry and stone fruit flavors.
