Wine Review: This sparkling wine made from mostly Pinot Noir is fresh and polished. It is a very pale pink-peach color and has a yeasty strawberry, peach, and chamomile tea bouquet. On the palate, it is nicely frothy, with crisp plus acidity, is medium-minus bodied, and is slightly creamy. I found flavors of green apple, strawberry, mild lemon, some spice and stony minerality. The finish is dry and has good length with a nice slightly bitter mineral note. Sip with crab puffs at your ugly sweater party! - Mark
