Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a mild red cherry and gentle old oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, gentle and easy going. The flavor profile is a mild red plum with some nicely integrated gentle minerality and oak. I also detected hints of black cherry and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors and well-managed tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this very good Pinot Noir with a grilled pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
